Product Not Working

There could be certain cases where you may receive a defective/damaged product or a product that is not as per your original order. We will be more than happy to replace the product at no extra cost to you. In such cases we request you to get in touch with our customer care team through one of the following ways:

In case of mobile phones, you may also visit authorised dealers/service centres alongwith's invoice copy. We have tie ups with brands that we sell to replace/service the mobile phones as per the service manual.
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the parcel is not tampered with or damaged. If you observe the parcel tampered with or damaged, we request you to refuse delivery and inform us at the earliest.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 15 days of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 15 days, we shall not be liable to replace the order.
If the product you received is not working you can send the product directly to us. The courier shipping charges incurred by you will be will be reimbursed as credit points. (Please send us the courier shipping copy which has the payment details). These can be further redeemed on
If you are not able to send the products on your won, we can also arrange for the pickup of the damaged/defective product through our own logistics partner from the delivered address.
