Here's good news for you if you are an OnePlus 6 or onePlus 6T user, soon, your smartphone will begin receiving the OxygenOS 10.3.3 OTA update.
On the official forum, the Global Product Operations Manager of OnePlus, ManuJ, revealed that they are beginning to "push the progressive Oxygen OS rollout" for smart devices.
Nothing is pointing to download the updates with VPN, as OnePlus says. VPN may work because the updates are not regionally based and randomly shifts to a limited number of devices, so it is not possible to download this build.

OnePlus launched OxygenOS 10.3.2 on 27 February for OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. They had fixed a lot of device problems, including the flickering screen problem, when users swiped to open.
The security patch of Android was updated to 2020.02, with the recent update improving system stability.
A 6.28-inch optical FHD+ AMOLED display is used in the OnePlus 6. The camera has a primary 16 MP and a secondary 20 MP sensor below it. The telephone is supplied with a Snapdragon 845 SoC of Qualcomm and has an underhood battery of 3,300 mAH.
